The Full Story

My passion is helping people regain independence, improve mobility, achieve their goals, and feel confident in their own bodies all from the comfort of their homes.

My journey in healthcare began with a degree in Sports Therapy, which gave me a strong foundation in musculoskeletal conditions, anatomy, and treatment techniques such as massage, trigger point therapy, Maitland mobilisations, and tailored exercise programmes.

I went on to co-found The Armoury, a welcoming community gym in Cheltenham designed for people who might not normally feel confident stepping into a fitness environment. Alongside this, I built valuable experience as a Sports Massage Therapist, supporting people with a wide range of injuries and conditions through hands-on treatment and rehabilitation.

After moving to Brighton, I completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton and began working within the NHS Community Therapy Team. There, I supported people after hospital stays helping them adapt, recover, and rebuild confidence in daily life while managing complex cases alongside specialists in neurology, respiratory care, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

All of these experiences have shaped me into the community physiotherapist I am today. I combine technical expertise with genuine care and understanding, always focusing on meeting people where they are, setting meaningful goals, and ensuring every session leaves them feeling supported, capable, and one step closer to achieving what matters most to them.

Outside of work, I’m a husband to my wonderful wife, Lena, and a proud dad to my two amazing children, Heidi and Jesse. Family life keeps me grounded and inspired. In my free time, I love making coffee like a barista, staying active through sport, and watching football whenever I get the chance.
